* Color Belt class is for all students from Yellow Belt up and Intermediate class is for students Yellow through Purple Belt.

Even numbered days are sparring days.
Odd numbered days - self defense.
Bring sparring gear to all classes as we may use it for drills or self defense training.
Full sparring gear must be worn to participate in freesparring.
Sparring rules
All required safety gear must be worn by students at all times during sparring activities to include headgear, handgear, footgear, mouthpiece and cup and supporter for males. Optional shinguards and chest protectors may be worn if desired.
